Replace Component
Allows you to replace one of more components in the drawing using the following dialog. Click on the component(s) in the drawing and select Replace Component from either the Utilities menu or from the right-click context menu.
The dialog allows you to select a replacement component from a list of the same class type and to define any new component properties for the replacement component before insertion. A preview of any of the available components is also provided when you select one from the list.

| Selected Components |
This pane contains the component(s) selected for replacement. The component(s) are listed by the Tag Number. You are able to select multiple components for replacement. |
| Available Replacement Components |
This section contains the list of components of the same class type available to replace the selected component. If more than one type of component is listed in the Selected Components section, then the list of available components will reflect the class of the current component selected. (For Example: If a valve is selected in the Available Components section, then this list will contain components from the Valves class.) |
| Preview | As you click on a component in the Available Components list, a preview of that component displays in the pane to the right. |
| Component Properties | The Component Properties section lists the current component property values for the component to be replaced. Any changes made in this section will apply to the new component symbol. |
